Double Swing Glass Door Merchandiser, 49 cu ft, True GDM49

The GDM-49 is a True food and beverage merchandiser. It has two “Low E” double pane thermal glass doors that are assembled with extruded aluminum frames and they both have a 12 inch long extruded aluminum handle. These self closing doors have a positive seal , torsion type closure system and the magnetic door gaskets are all one piece so they are removable without tools for easy cleaning. The exterior of this glass door merchandiser is made of non-peel white laminated vinyl and the interior is NSF approved white aluminum. The interior floor is 300 series stainless steel and the entire cabinet is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. There is a welded, galvanized frame rail in this merchandiser that is covered in rust inhibiting paint enamel to protect against corrosion and then fitted with leg levelers. Inside this swing door merchandiser there are eight adjustable, durable, PVC coated, wire shelves that are 24 9/16 inches long and 22 1/8 inches deep. Each shelf comes with four chrome plated shelf clips and is supported on pilasters made of the same material as the cabinet interior.

The safety shielded, fluorescent interior lighting inside of this merchandising refrigerator uses electronic ballast and T-8 bulbs for longer bulb life, brighter illumination, and increased energy efficiency. Also inside of this commercial merchandiser is an oversized, factory balanced refrigeration system. The temperature is maintained between 33ºF and 38ºF with CFC free, 134A refrigerant. The epoxy coated evaporator is 20%-40% larger than factory standards and uses a wider condenser coil to provide a faster pull down of product temperatures and a quicker recovery time. The evaporator fan motor in this swing door merchandiser is sealed and self-lubricating and has a life expectancy of 15-20 years. The fan motor also has large fan blades and the compressor, as well as the condenser and condenser coil, is oversized to dissipate heat faster and lower energy consumption. There is a one year warranty on all parts and labor and a five year warranty on the compressor. Be sure to clean the condenser coil and the fan blades every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush to minimize service expenses and lower electrical costs.

This refrigerated display cabinet has a capacity of 49 cubic feet and measures 54 1/8 inches in length, 29 7/8 inches in depth, and 78 5/8 inches in height. The 9 foot cord that is included at no extra charge is ready to be plugged into a 115 volt NEMA configured outlet. There is a convenient clean-out drain that is built into the cabinet floor and this merchandising refrigerator is NSF-7 compliant for bottled and pre-packaged goods.
