Double Swing Glass Door Merchandiser, 35 cu ft, True GDM35

This glass door merchandiser is the True GDM-35. This merchandiser has two self closing, positive seal, swing doors. These doors are made of “Low E,” double pane, thermal glass and have extruded aluminum frames as well as 12 inch long extruded aluminum handles. The exterior of this food and beverage merchandiser is non-peel or chip white laminated vinyl and the interior is NSF approved white aluminum. The interior floor is 300 series stainless steel and the entire refrigerated display cabinet is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The galvanized, welded frame rail that is fitted with leg levelers is covered in rust inhibiting enamel to protect against corrosion. The two doors on this swing door merchandiser are made of “Low E,” double pane, thermal glass and they are set on extruded aluminum frames. Inside there are 8 adjustable, heavy duty, PVC coated, wire shelves that are 17 ¼ inches in length and 21 1/8 inches in depth. Four chrome plated shelf clips are included with each shelf and these shelves are supported on pilasters made of the same material as the cabinet interior. The lighting inside of this refrigerated display cabinet is safety shielded and fluorescent and the doors utilize a patented, full-length, integrated doors light system. The light system uses electronic ballast and T-8 bulbs for brighter illumination, longer bulb life, and increased energy efficiency.

This commercial merchandiser measures 39 ½ inches in length, 29 7/8 inches in depth, and 78 5/8 inches in height and has a holding capacity of 35 cubic feet. The refrigeration system inside of the merchandiser holds the temperature between 33ºF and 38ºF with CFC free, 134A refrigerant. There is an oversized compressor that lowers energy consumption, a large condenser with big condenser coils to dissipate heat faster, and an epoxy coated evaporator that is 20%-40% larger than factory standards. The evaporator fan motor inside this merchandising refrigerator is cast iron, self lubricating and has larger fan blades to provide a low velocity, high volume airflow. Don’t forget that the fan blades and the condenser coil must be cleaned every thirty days because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure.

This True GDM has a convenient clean-out drain that is built into the cabinet floor and it is also NSF-7 compliant for the storage and display of pre-packaged and bottled goods. Optional features may be ordered, such as padlocks, ratchet locks, additional shelves, or a white wine thermostat.
