Description 

This door type, tall chamber, with booster heater Hobart dishwasher comes standard with a 2 HP motor. This dishwasher has two different capacities: 58 racks per hour-hot water sanitizing and 65 racks per hour-chemical sanitizing. This dishmachine has Hobart microcomputer controls that are assembled within a water-resistant enclosure and provides built-in performance and reliability. The microcomputer control, relays, and the contactors are housed behind a stainless steel enclosure and is hinged to provide easy access to servicing. The cycle operation works with the microcomputer-timing program and is started by closing the door which actuates the door cycle switch. The microcomputer on this unit energizes the wash pump motor contactor during the wash portion of the program. The wash tank has revolving stainless steel wash arms that have unrestricted openings above and below to provide thorough distribution of water jets to all dishware surfaces. Both the upper and lower rotating rinse arms features 14 rinse nozzles. This machine is equipped with a special hot water vacuum breaker on the downstream side of the rinse valve and the microcomputer controlled fill valve is installed on the upstream side of the rinse vacuum breaker. On this dishmachine, the large bell type automatic overflow and the drain valve are controlled from the inside of the machine. The strainer system is equipped with a large, self-flushing, easily removable perforated stainless steel, one-piece strainer, and a large capacity scrap basket. The drawn tank, shelf, and feet of this unit are constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel and the wash chamber and the front trim panel above the motor compartment are a polished, satin finish. The frame is a 12 gauge stainless steel, the chamber is a 18 gauge stainless steel, and the removable trim panels are a 20 gauge stainless steel.
