The life of the motor is lengthened by the forced fresh air which flows through the motor compartment and cools the motor. It is also protected from airborne contaminants by an enclosed drive compartment. Maintenance is made easier on the roof exhaust fan thanks to quick release latches for fast access to the motor compartment. The fans high efficiency combined with low tip speed results in quiet operation. This model can be wall mounted. System balancing and field adjustment on this commercial exhaust fan are made with the variable pitch motor pulley. This unit also comes with an emergency disconnect switch, a fully welded, leak-proof grease drain, and vibration isolation.
