Direct Draw Beer Dispenser, 4 Half Barrels, True TDD-4

The TDD-4 is a three door keg dispenser. The front and the sides are made of wear resistant black vinyl and the back is made of black aluminum. This commercial keg cooler, which can accommodate a wide variety of kegs, can hold up to four half barrels and comes with two stainless steel insulated beer columns that are each 3 inches in diameter. To maximize draft beer profits and reduce foaming, cold air is directed into these beer columns. The cabinet of this restaurant beer cooler is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free polyurethane insulation. The exterior front and sides are laminated black vinyl and the back is black aluminum. On the interior the floor is 300 series stainless steel with a 1/2 inch reinforced lip and the walls are heavy gauge steel. The doors are lined with galvanized steel and each has a 12 inch recessed door handle that is permanently attached with a sheet metal interlock. This kegerator comes with standard door locks and one piece magnetic door gaskets that can easily removed for cleaning.

The measurements of this beer dispenser are as follows:

The cord that is included at no extra charge is 7 feet in length and is ready for final connection since this keg cooler is completely prewired in the factory. This True TDD4 has a self-contained capillary tubing system which uses 134A refrigerant that is CFC free. The large evaporator coil is balanced with a high horsepower compressor and a large condenser to maintain the cabinet temperature between 33ºF and 38ºF. The self-lubricating evaporator fan motor is cast iron and has a life expectancy of 15-20 years and is matched with large fan blades that produce a low velocity, high volume airflow design. The over sized compressor in this keg dispenser provide the user with:

• faster temperature pull down of warm product,
• colder holding temperature, and
• faster recovery time in high use situations.

The condenser coil is 1/8 inches in diameter wider than factory standards to dissipate heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. Never forget that your condenser coil, as well as you fan blades, must be cleaned every thirty days. This can be done with a stiff bristle brush. For outdoor industrial beer coolers, after the condenser coil and fan blades are cleaned it is also important to blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin to the fan side.
