This temperature is maintained by an extra large evaporator coil that is balanced with a large condenser and a high horsepower compressor. The oversized compressor gives this commercial keg cooler a lower energy consumption while the large condenser coil dissipates heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. The evaporator is 20%-40% larger than industry standards and will provide faster pull down of product temperature and a quicker recovery time. beer dispenser a low velocity, high volume airflow design. And just as a reminder, it is of upmost importance that condenser coils and fan blades be cleaned every thirty days to lower utility costs and service expenses.
The cabinet of this bar kegerator is made of wear resistant, laminated black vinyl on the front and sides, and the back is black aluminum. The counter top is completely stainless steel, as is the interior floor. Two black vinyl doors make up the front of the cabinet and each door is fitted with a 12 inch recessed door handle. These doors are lined with galvanized steel liner and the door locks are standard. This interior floor has a 1/2 inch reinforced lip and the interior walls are composed of heavy gauge galvanized steel walls. The galvanized frame rail is dipped in rust inhibiting enamel paint to protect against rust and corrosion and the entire cabinet structure is foamed-in-place with CFC fee, polyurethane insulation. The True TDD3 beer dispenser has two stainless steel insulated beer columns which measure 3 inches in diameter. Cold air is directed into these beer columns to lessen foaming and maximize draft beer profits. The magnetic door gasket is all one piece so it can easily be removed for cleaning without having to use tools. The condensing unit is also easily removed for cleaning by sliding it out from behind the front grill. Some extra features that may be purchased are a draft cap, 6 inch in diameter seismic/flanged legs, or even a double headed draft column.
