The True TDD-1 one keg cooler is a high quality direct draw beer dispenser. With a length of 23 1/2 inches, a depth of 32 1/4 inches and a height of 39 3/4 inches, this kegerator has 115 volts. The 7 foot cord that is included fits into a NEMA configured outlet. The refrigeration system uses 134A refrigerant and the temperature is maintained between 33ºF and 38ºF by extra large evaporator coils, a high horsepower compressor, and a large condenser. The evaporator coil is 1/8 inches in diameter wider than industry standards and an over sized compressor gives this beer dispenser a shorter run time, lower energy consumption and the industry’s coldest standard temperatures. The huge condenser dissipates heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle while the evaporator, which is 20%-40% larger than industry standards, provides a faster pull down of product temperatures and quicker recovery time. Another feature that gives this True restaurant keg dispenser its excellent value is the sealed, cast iron, self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and huge fan blades that give a low velocity, high volume airflow. It is important to remember that to keep your commercial beer dispenser at its optimal performance level, the condenser coil and the fan blades must be cleaned every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush to lower energy costs and minimize service expenses.
The exterior of the keg cooler is heavy duty, wear resistant, laminated black vinyl on the front and sides and the back has matching black aluminum. The counter top is composed of stainless steel and so is the interior floor, which has a 1/2 inch lip and walls of heavy gauge galvanized steel. This kegerator is NSF approved for pre-packaged and bottled products and the entire cabinet is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The castors are 4 inches in diameter and the stainless steel insulated beer column is 3 inches in diameter. To maximize draft beer profits and reduce foaming, cold air is directed into the beer column. There is one solid door on this beer dispenser that is fitted with a 12 inch handle which is foamed in place with a sheet metal interlock to insure permanent attachment. The door lock is standard, the magnetic door gasket is made of one piece so it can be removed for cleaning without tools, and the condensing unit is accessed from the rear of the keg dispenser for easy cleaning as well.
This keg dispenser is designed to accommodate an array of beer kegs and some optional features are available as well. A draft cap or a two- or three-way manifold can be ordered. To keep your industrial keg dispenser looking as regal as when you first purchased it remember to clean the stainless steel with non-chloride cleaner that is free of quaternary salts. Also, to reduce scratches use a soft cloth when cleaning the stainless steel, never a wire pad or brush.
