Deli Case, Double Duty, 35 cu ft, True TDBD-72-2

This True’s TDBD-72-2 is a deli display case with two refrigerated compartments. One is compartment displays ready to serve deli products while the lower compartment is perfect for bulk storage. This refrigerated display case measures as follows:

• 72 1/8 inches in length,
• 35 1/8 inches in depth, and
• 55 inches in height.

This display case has a capacity of 35 cubic feet and is NSF-7 compliant for open food products. The front is “Low E,” double pane, thermal viewing glass for maximum insulation, great efficiency, and excellent energy savings. This front viewing glass is also slanted for enhancing cold product presentation and minimizing reflection from overhead lighting. The exterior is stainless steel on the front sides, and back and the rear panel and rear louvered grill are white. The countertop is all stainless steel and is the perfect place to set a register on. NSF approved white aluminum is used on the interior and the interior floor is 300 series stainless steel with coved corners. The galvanized frame rail on this deli display case is welded, fitted with leg levers, and dipped in rust inhibiting enamel paint to protect against the possibility of corrosion inside and out. The positive seal, self-closing, glass door assemblies feature “Low E” double pane thermal glass. Each door is fitted with a 16 inch long handle and rides on a stainless steel V-Channel that has stainless steel bearings for a smooth, even, positive closure. The rear storage access doors are 300 series stainless steel exterior inserts with mitered plastic channel frames. These positive seal, self-closing, rear storage access doors are fully insulated, each fitted with a 2 3/4 inch long handle, and lined with white aluminum. Inside the cabinet of this display case is one adjustable, stainless steel mezzanine shelf that is 67 9/16 inches in length and 14 inches in depth. There are also three, non-adjustable, PVC coated, wires shelves that measure 28 3/8 inches in length and 22 1/4 inches in depth in the bottom level of the display are.

The gravity coil refrigeration system in this deli display case provides a high humidity environment for superior preservation of meat and deli products, and the CFC free, 134A refrigerant holds the temperature between 38ºF and 40ºF. There is an extra large evaporator coil that is balanced with a high horsepower compressor to provide shorter run times and colder standard temperatures. Also inside this display case is a high horsepower compressor and a wider condenser coil to dissipate heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. The time-initiated, time-terminated defrost system is automatic and the condensing unit is located behind the grill in the back of the unit and slides out easily for maintenance. There are two cabinet mounted lights inside this deli display case and one shelf mounted light. The fluorescent lamps are low UV emitting and enhance product appearance while increasing shelf life. This cabinet lighting uses electronic ballast and T-8 bulbs for brighter illumination, longer bulb life, and increased energy efficiency. There is a one year warranty on all parts and labor and a five year warranty on the compressor.
