Deli Case, Display Case, Single Duty, 16 cu ft, True TSID-48-2

The True’s TSID-48-2 is a high quality deli display case. It has a capacity of 16 cubic feet and measures 48 1/2 inches in length, 29 inches in depth, and 50 1/4 inches in height. It comes with a cord that is 9 feet in length and is ready to be plugged into a 115 volt NEMA configured outlet. This refrigerated deli display case uses 134A refrigerant and maintains a temperature of 38ºF to 40ºF. Its gravity coil refrigeration system provides a high humidity environment for the best preservation of meat and deli products. The automatic defrost system is time-initiated and time-terminated. There is an extra large evaporator coil that is 1/8 inches in diameter wider than factory standards. This evaporator coil is balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and a big condenser to dissipate heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. The cast iron, self-lubricating, evaporator fan motor in this true deli case has huge fan blades to provide a low velocity, high volume airflow as well as insure colder temperatures and shorter run times. The condensing unit is located behind the grill in the back of the unit and easily slides out for cleaning. It is important to clean the condensing coil and fan blades every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush because a dirty condenser can lead to compressor failure. There is a five year warranty on the compressor and a one year warranty on all other parts and labor.

The exterior of this refrigerated display case is made of non-peel or chip laminated vinyl. The sides are white and the front and back grill are black. There is slanted front viewing glass which minimizes reflection from overhead lighting and also enhances the presentation your your meats and cold cuts. There is also a stainless steel countertop that is a perfect place to put a register. The interior of this deli display case is NSF approved white aluminum and the 300 series stainless steel floor has coved corners. The entire cabinet is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation and the galvanized frame rail is dipped in rust inhibiting enamel paint to protect against corrosion inside and out. Inside the display case there are two, heavy duty, PVC coated, wire shelves which are adjustable on 1/2 inch increments. The top shelf measures 43 3/4 inches in length and 17 1/2 inches in depth while the bottom shelf is 43 3/4 inches in length and 19 inches in depth.

This refrigerated display case contains front and rear light sources. The safety shielded, fluorescent lamps have low UV emitting to enhance product appearance and to increase shelf life. Electronic ballast and T-8 bulbs are used for brighter illumination, longer bulb life, and increased energy efficiency. On the rear of the deli display case there are two self-closing doors that feature “Low E” double pane thermal glass. These sliding doors ride on stainless steel V-Channel that have stainless steel bearings for smooth, even, positive closure. These doors fit within a plastic channel frame and each is fitted with a 12 inch long handle. This refrigerated deli display case is NSF-7 compliant for open food products. There are some optional features available as well, such as a black or stainless steel exterior or ratchet locks.
