Description 

This 45 quart cutter/mixer comes equipped with a 5 HP motor and is a single speed. The 1140 RPM's allows for consistent processing of various products. A 5-minute timer on this unit automatically shuts off the machine after the time set has elapsed and any non-timed operation is obtained by setting the timer on run or jog. The magnetically operated start and stop selectors are completely sealed and also washable. All of the electrical controls are housed in a high impact resistance, reinforced polyester enclosure. The 45 quart capacity, stainless steel bowl has a built-in pouring lip to guide liquids into a container and the bowl cover is 3/16'' clear Lexan Polycarbonate that seals effectively without a gasket. The bowl on this unit has a lever that is provided to control the bowl for the ''hold'' position when running or ''tilt'' to empty. The mixing baffle on this cutter/mixer is all stainless steel and is manually operated to move the products continually into the shaft blades. The safety electromechanical interlocks prevent operation of the machine unless the bowl cover is closed and latched. The standard equipment consists of the cutter/mixer unit with the manual operated mixing baffle, the polypropylene strainer basket, cut/mix attachment, knead/mix attachment, and also the 6 foot power cable with plug and power receptacle.
