Curved Glass Deli Case, Refrigerated, Stainless Steel, 37.1 cu ft, True TCGG-72-S

The TCGG-72 is a NSF-7 compliant deli display case. This refrigerated display case has a superior gravity coil refrigeration system to maintain the temperature between 38ºF and 40ºF. The self-contained, environmentally friendly refrigeration system uses CFC free, 134A refrigerant and has an automatic defrost system that is time-initiated and time-terminated. The high horsepower compressor gives shorter run times, lower energy consumption, and colder standard temperatures while the large condenser has a wide condenser coil to dissipate heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. The evaporator in this display case is epoxy coated to eliminate corrosion and is also 20%-40% larger than factory standards to provide a faster pull down of product temperatures. The evaporator fan motor is cast iron and self-lubricating with a life expectancy of 15-20 years and the large fan blades on this evaporator fan motor give a low velocity high volume airflow. To protect your long term investment don’t forget to clean the condenser coil and fan blades with a stiff bristle brush every thirty days.

The cabinet of this true deli case has a capacity of 37.1 cubic feet and is 72 1/4 inches in length, 35 1/4 inches in depth, and 47 3/4 inches in height. It has a 9 foot cord that is included and it is ready for final connection into a 115 volt NEMA configured outlet. The exterior of the display case is no-peel, white laminated vinyl with a stainless steel top and trim, and the front and rear grills and trim are black. The interior sides and top are NSF approved white aluminum and the interior floor is 300 series stainless steel with coved corners. The entire cabinet structure of this glass display case is foamed-in-place with high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. The welded, galvanized, frame rail is dipped in rust inhibiting enamel paint to protect against corrosion and is fitted with leg levelers. The curved front display glass is double pane and insulated for great efficiency and energy savings and both panes are tempered for safety. There are two doors in the back and they are “Low E,” double pane, thermal glass inserts with a mitered plastic channel frame. These sliding doors ride on a stainless steel, V-Channel with stainless steel bearings and they fit within the plastic channel frame. Each of these self-closing, positive seal doors is fitted with a 12 inch long molded plastic handle.

There are two PVC adjustable, lighted, white, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves inside this deli display case that measure 67 3/4 inches in length and 14 3/16 inches in depth. This shelving is cantilevered and its angle may be adjusted to maximize the presentation of the meat and deli products. Also inside this true display case are two shelf mounted lights and one cabinet mounted light. To increase shelf life and enhance product appearance the fluorescent lamps are low UV emitting.
