This portable heated cabinet is the LCH-6-1. It is a Food Warming Product brand mobile cooking and holding oven that requires a 240 volt, 1 or 3 phase dedicated breaker. This holding cabinet is all stainless steel so it is very regal looking and extremely simple to clean with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner. It utilizes separate temperature displays for cook and hold modes, and can switch automatically from cook to hold. There is a forced air, low volume air circulation in this portable heating cabinet that reduces product shrinkage and the oven has internal cooling fans and protected blower motors. It features 12 preset menu selections and the temperature can be adjusted all the way to 350°F. The actual temperature in this holding cabinet has a LED display and there is even a removable drip tray that rests on the cabinet floor.
This entire cooking and holding cabinet is welded so there are no rivets. The flush-in-wall handgrips are recessed and the stainless steel doors are double insulated. The door is gasket less and features heavy-duty hinges. “Ultra Guard” UG-26 fiberglass insulation insulates this entire mobile heating cabinet and no venting is required. Polyurethane casters are attached to the bottom of the cabinet, and there is room in the food holding cabinet for four 18 inch by 26 inch trays.
There is a two year limited warranty backing this cooking and holding portable oven. It is also UL approved. Be sure that you clean the inside of the oven with warm soapy water and the stainless steee with a non-chloride cleaner using a soft cloth. Options are available with this heated cabinet including push/pull bar handles, extra tray slides, shelves, or menu card holders.
