Description

This L-R, single tank, single point electric connection Hobart dishwasher comes equipped with a 2 horsepower wash motor, a 1 horsepower prewash motor, and a 1/6 horsepower gearmotor. This dishwasher has a capacity of 202 racks per hour and also comes standard with an opti-rinse system. This fully automatic, high-temperature single-tank, rack-type dishwasher has flexible strip curtains at the ends of the chambers and the final rinse compartments. The large inspection doors are located in the front of the machine to provide easy access to the wash arms, rinse arms, rinse pan strainer, strainer baskets, front and rear strainers, and the pump intake screens. This dishwasher is designed to clean and sanitize with hot water at 160 degrees wash and 180 degrees (minimum) final rinse. This machine has automatic interlocks that shut off the pump and the conveyor if a door is opened when the machine is operating. This unit has a stainless steel control center with a power ''on/off'' and also ''start/stop'' switches that are mounted on the top of the machine. An ''auto/manual'' switch is located on the left side of the control box and is used for bypassing the auto-timer feature. This CRS66A dishwasher is equipped with an upper stainless steel wash arm that has specially shaped nozzles having large openings and are arranged to effectively scrap all types of tableware. The wash tank on this unit is also equipped with upper and lower stainless stainless steel wash arms with specailly shaped nozzles that have large openings and are arranged to direct the water jets to all ware surfaces. The final rinse has upper and lower rinse arms that have single rows of nozzles and the rinse is automatically activated by racks in passing. The final rinse line and the fill water line are equipped with a vacuum breaker on the downstream side of electrically operated solenoid valve with common piping system. This machine has a large bell-type automatic overflow valve in the prewash tank that is controlled from inside the machine. A sealed dial-type thermometer indicates the temperatures of the wash and final rinse water. The tank and chambers of this dishwasher are constructed of #16 gauge stainless steel, arc-welded, and has a unitized, welded stainless steel tank, frame, and also stainless steel legs. The chambers, control box, door, and the front trim panels are all a polished, satin finish.
