Vulcan-Hart's C24GA6 is a gas convection steamer that runs on natural or propane gas and requires a 120 volt, 1 phase dedicated outlet. It comes with a six foot cord, a gas pressure regulator and a 1/2 inch rear gas connection at no extra charge. This food steamer is UL and CSA approved and it is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor. It has the capacity to hold 6 pans at once and features a split water line and a single drain connection for easy cleaning. This commercial steamer is designed with a 125,000 BTU per hour stainless steel steam generator that delivers SuperHeated steam. For faster cooking times and continuous, high volume steam, it also has a staged water fill.

This Vulcan Hart steamer measures 24 inches in width, 35 2/5 inches in depth, and 63 7/10 inches in height. It is held by 4 six inch stainless steel legs that have flanged feet. This gas steamer is made from 304 series stainless steel on the exterior, frame, and feet and its cabinet base is stainless steel and water resistant. The interior cooking compartments are stainless steel as well and their interior corners are coved. For extra stability, the doors of this steamer are heavy-duty and feature a latch mechanism. Also included is a 60 minute timer with a buzzer and a deliming pot.

It is important that the stainless steel on this food steamer is cleaned often with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting. In addition, be sure that you allow a 6 inch rear clearance from combustible materials. Options are available including a second year limited warranty on parts and labor, 12 inch by 20 inch stainless steel pans, or even stainless steel pan covers.
