This Vulcan-Hart, half size, single deck electric convection oven is the ECO2D, which is designed for a wide variety of foods including juicy meats, vegetables, baked goods, and cooked casseroles. It has sides, a front, and a back that are all stainless steel, and it requires a 240 volt, 1 or 3 phase dedicated outlet. This convection cooking oven has one stainless steel door that comes with a window, and this door has stainless steel door gaskets and a cool touch oven handle to prevent the possibility of burns. For even more safety, there is a oven cool switch for rapid oven cool down, and the solid state temperature control adjusts the temperature between 200°F to 500°F. Besides personal safety features, this half size convection oven has a 60 minute ringing alarm to help protect against burning your food products.


This electric oven features a ½ horsepower, two speed, fan motor and it is heated by enclosed tubular heating elements that are rated at 5.5 KWH. This single convection oven has an interior of 15 ¼ inches in width, 21 inches in depth, and 20 inches in height, and it is steel coated in porcelain. Inside of this half sized oven there are five nickel plated oven racks and nine rack positions, and there is insulation applied to the rear, top, sides, bottom and doors for better heat distribution. The door of this oven opens a full 180° and optional features can be ordered such as a second year extended warranty.


This Vulcan-Hart electric half sized oven is NSF and UL approved and it is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor. To keep it in its excellent condition, clean the inside of the oven often with warm soapy water and clean the stainless steel with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. When cooking in your convection electric oven, you should keep the door closed and set a timer instead of checking the food so often, because that makes the cooking time extra long. Also, thaw your food before cooking it and don’t put aluminum foil in your oven because it ruins heat distribution. It placing baked goods in the oven, lower the temperature about 25 degrees and leave the product in the oven a few minutes longer for better quality baked goods.
