This Hobart propane gas convection oven comes standard with one 1/2 HP two-speed oven blower motor per section and one 44,000 BTU per hour burner per section. This unit has side mounted temperature controls that adjust from 150 degrees to 500 degrees. There is also a 60-minute timer with an audible alarm. This unit has an oven cool switch for rapid cool downs. This unit has five nickel plated oven racks per section and eleven position nickel plated rack guides with positive rack stops per section as well. The convection oven has stainless steel front, sides, top and back, and also painted legs. Porcelain enamel on the steel interior of the oven. The two doors are simultaneously operated stainless steel and also have windows on them. There are two interior oven lights per section. Non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and also the doors.
