Description 

This Hobart single deck propane gas convection oven comes standard with a two speed 1/2 HP oven blower motor per section and one 44,000 BTU per hour burner per section. This unit has side mounted solid state temperature controls that adjust from 150 degrees to 500 degrees. There is also a 60 minute timer with an audible alarm that comes with each section. The unit also has a cool down switch made for rapid cool downs. There are five nickel plated oven racks per section and eleven position nickel plated rack guides with positive rack stops per section as well. The unit has stainless steel front, sides and top, and painted legs. The interior of the oven is porcelain enamel on steel. Two stainless steel doors are independently operated and both open a full 180 degrees. There are two lights in the interior part of the oven per section. Non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear and sides, bottom and also the doors.
