This Hobart single deck natural gas convection oven with open stand comes standard with a two-speed 1/2 HP oven blower motor per section and also one 44,000 BTU per hour burner per section. A 115/60/1 power supply is required with this convection oven. This unit has side mounted solid state temperature controls that adjust from 150 degrees to 500 degrees. A 60-minute timer with audible alarm is also on this machine. An oven cool switch comes on this unit and is used for rapid cool downs. There are five nickel plated oven racks per section and eleven position nickel plated rack guides with positive rack stops per section as well. The unit has stainless steel front, sides and top, and also painted legs. Porcelain enamel is on the steel of the ovens interior. This convection oven has two doors that are stainless steel and are independently operated and also open a full 180 degrees. There are two interior lights per section of this oven. Non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear and sides, bottoms and also the doors on this unit.
