The Hobart HGC502 is a full size gas convection oven. It measures 40 inches in width, 41 ½ inches in depth, and 70 inches in height and requires natural or propane gas and a 115 volt, 1 phase, 10 amp, breaker. This commercial oven is a mult-purpose oven. It is excellent for cooked casseroles, baked goods, all kinds of meates, and even vegetables. The restaurant oven has a stainless steel front and top, and the sides and the doors are stainless steel as well. The doors have windows and the legs are painted to match the stainless steel. This gas oven has a solid-state temperature control that can be adjusted from 150°F to 500°F and there is also a 60 minute timer with an audible alarm for each section. It has an oven cool switch for rapid cool down and there is even ½ horsepower, two speed oven blower motors that come with a six foot cord and plug for ease of instillation. This double deck convection oven uses only 44,000 BTUs per hour in each section for a total of 88,000 BTUs and it features an electronic spark ignition system. For easy cleaning, this kitchen convection oven has a steel oven interior that is covered in porcelain enamel, and it also comes with five nickel plated oven racks and eleven rack positions per section. It has a ¾ inch rear gas connection and a gas pressure regulator with a safety solenoid system at no extra charge.


This Hobart, double deck, gas convection oven is NSF and CSA approved and requires an adequately ventilated location. For excellent heat distribution, the ovens, which measure 29 inches in width, 22 1/8 inches in depth, and 20 inches in height, feature non-sag insulation on the top, rear, sides, bottom and doors. This gas convection oven has two interior oven lights per section. Optional features and accessories may be ordered with this gas oven such as a stainless steel drip pan, extra oven racks, casters, or stainless steel legs. When cooking with your gas convection oven, it is important to keep the inside of the oven clean because if it is dirty it will not cook food as well. You can clean the inside of the oven with warm soapy water. Also, be sure that you wipe down the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. Do not use aluminum foil in your oven because it reduce oven efficiency be interrupting air distribution. In addition, you should always completely thaw your food before cooking it because it cooks much better if it is thawed. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
