Hobart?s HEC502-208 is a double deck electric convection oven that is perfect for juicy meats such as turkey and baked goods like breads, cookies, and cakes. It requires a 208 volt, 1 or 3 phase dedicated outlet and has a 12.5 KWH input. This convection cooking oven has stainless steel front, sides, top and doors, and these doors also have windows. It features a solid state temperature control that can adjust the temperature from 150?F to 500?F and there is a 60 minute timer with an audible alarm for each section. This convection double oven has a steel interior that is coated in porcelain lining and inside the oven is five nickel plated oven racks and eleven rack positions per section. For extra safety, there is an oven cool switch for quick cool down and for complete baking there is a 1/2 horsepower, two speed motor in each section.

This double deck convection oven has painted legs, and each oven has an interior that measures 29 inches in width, 22 1/8 inches in depth, and 20 inches in height. These ovens have non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear, sides, and doors and there are two interior oven lights in each section for superior visibility. To keep your ovens in their excellent condition, you should clean the inside with warm soapy water after every use and wipe down the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner, which will reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. When cooking with your electric oven, do not use aluminum foil and thaw you food completely before placing it in the oven. Set the timer for your food instead of checking it constantly, because when you open the oven door it takes longer for the food to finish cooking. When making baked goods, lower the temperature by about 25 degrees and leave the goods in the oven a bit longer and they will be of much higher quality.
