This Hobart electric convection oven has stainless steel front, sides, top and back, and painted legs. There is also a porcelain enamel on the steel oven interior. There are two independently operated solid stainless steel doors that open a full 180 degrees. There are two interior oven lights per section as well. There is also a non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear and sides, and also the bottom and the doors of the unit. The oven interior measures 29''Wx22-1/8''Dx20''H. There are five nickel plated oven racks per section that measure 28-1/4''x20-1/2'' each. Also, there are eleven positive nickel plated rack guides with positive rack stops per section. The unit has side mounted electromechanical temperature controls that adjust from 150 degrees to 500 degrees. The convection oven also has a 60-minute time with an audible alarm. The oven cool switch on this Hobart unit is for rapid cool downs. This unit comes equipped with two-speed 1/2 HP oven blower-motors per section.
