This light duty oven is stainless steel on the interior as well as the exterior and it has a cooking chamber that measures 9 inches in height, 18 inches in width, and 16 inches in depth. This baking and grilling convection oven has a grilling element that makes it excellent for browning, grilling, and roasting food products. It also has a baffle fan that provides even heat distribution, even when the oven is full. This Mini Prima Pro convection oven has three shelves that each can hold 1 sheet pan and these shelves are non-tip, wire and are plated with chrome.
