This is what Mike Nunez, the Food Operations Assistant Manager at the Travis Air Base, has to say about his Vulcan Hart ovens, “We serve over 1,500 troops, four meals a day. For us, it's all about dependability and consistency and Vulcan delivers. Putting up a closed sign is not an option.”

Optional features are available including extra oven racks, a five hour timer in place of the one hour timer, flanged feet, and a second year extended limited warranty on parts and labor. When cooking with your convection oven, be sure that you do not cook with aluminum foil because it reduces heat distribution in the oven and lessens oven efficiency. It is important to keep your ovens clean because clean ovens cook much better than dirty ones. Therefore, be sure that you clean your ovens after every use and be sure that the fan blades and fan guard are clean as well. In addition, your baked goods will be higher quality if you lower the temperature just a little bit and then cook the foods just a little bit longer.
