This double deck, electric, convection oven is the Vulcan-Hart VC44ED. On its 8 inch legs it measures 40 inches in width, 41 ½ inches in depth, and 70 inches in height, and it requires a 1 or 3 phase, 240 volt dedicated outlet or a 480 volt, 1 or 3 phase dedicated outlet. This full size convection oven has a ½ horsepower, two speed oven blower motor per section. Each section is heated by electric solid sheath elements that are rated at 12 KWH and the solid state temperature controls adjust from 150°F to 500°F. There is a moisture vent damper control and for extra safety, there is an oven cool switch for fast cool down. The interior of these two electric convection ovens is steel that is coated in porcelain and non-sag insulation is applied to the front, sides, top, rear and doors. The exterior front, sides, top, and legs are constructed from stainless steel and the doors, which have windows, open a full 180°. Inside of this double deck convection oven there are five nickel plated oven racks and eleven rack positions. It is excellent for making the juiciest meats, vegetables, baked goods, cooked caseroles, and a wide variety of other foods.


These full sized, Vulcan-Hart electric ovens both have an interior measurement of 29 inches in width, 22 1/8 inches in depth, and 20 inches in height, so they are an excellent way for a busy restaurant to expand its menu. There are two interior oven lights per oven for superior food visibility. This convection electric oven is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor and is NSF and UL approved. Optional features can be ordered with this oven including casters, a drip pan, or even a second year extended limited warranty on parts and labor. To keep your double deck electric convection oven in its excellent shape it is a good idea to wipe off the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner. Also, because a clean oven cooks much better than a dirty one, you should clean the inside after each use with warm soapy water. When cooking with your Vulcan-Hart electric oven, don’t use aluminum foil because it reduces air distribution. In addition, try to thaw your food products before you cook them for better results and distribute food evenly around the oven. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
