The VC4GD-15 is a Vulcan-Hart, single deck, LP gas convection oven that requires a 115 volt, 60 Hz, 1 phase power supply. It has one convection oven that measures 29 inches in width, 22 1/8 inches in depth, and 20 inches in height and it also has two oven interior lights. There is non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors of this convection gas oven and the interior is steel that is covered in porcelain. It features eleven nickel-plated rack guides with positive rack stops and comes with five nickel plated oven racks. This two door convection oven has an electric spark igniter and a two speed, ½ horsepower oven blower motor. It stands on 25 ¾ inch legs and even features a side mounted temperature control that adjusts the temperature from 150° to 500°F and it has an audible alarm. For rapid oven cool down, this convection oven has an oven cool switch and the burners in the oven use 44,000 BTUs per hour.


This Vulcan-Hart gas convection oven has stainless steel sides, front, and top and the legs are painted. It is NSF and CSA certified, and it is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor. The two oven doors have windows and they open a full 180°. Included with this two door gas oven is a ¾ inch rear gas connection, a gas pressure regulator and safety solenoid system, and a six foot cord and plug. This restaurant convection oven is an excellent addition to any restaurant kitchen because it has the ability to increase your menu considerably and can make juicy meats, cooked casseroles, vegetables, and baked goods. It is important to keep your oven clean because a clean oven cooks food much better than a dirty oven. You should clean the inside of the oven with warm soapy water and wipe the stainless steel down often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner that is free from quaternary salts. When cooking your food products in your gas convection oven, do not use aluminum foil because it affects air distribution and reduces oven efficiency. Also, remember that this is a baking and roasting oven, not a fryer. The highest setting on your oven shouldn’t exceed 425°F.
