It requires a 2401 or 480 volt, 1 or 3 phase dedicated outlet and is the perfect addition to your kitchen because it can make the highest quality baked goods, cooked casseroles, vegetables,a nd juicy meats. The interior of this electric oven measures 29 inches in width, 22 1/8 inches in depth, and 20 inches in height and it is constructed from steel and coated in porcelain. This electric oven is NSF and UL compliant and is backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor. It is important to care for your convection cooking oven because it is such a long term investment. You can clean the inside of your oven with warm soapy water and the parts that are stainless steel should be wiped down often with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. When cooking food products in your convection electric oven do not use aluminum foil because it reduces air distribution. Also, be sure to thaw your food completely before cooking it for the best results possible. It is a good idea to preheat the oven 50?F higher than necessary. When you place the food in the oven though, reset the oven to the correct baking temperature. Also, cooking your food on a higher temeprature does not mean that it will be done faster, it usually just means that it will dry out quicker.

There is a moisture vent damper control and a 1/2 horsepower, two speed oven blower motor inside the oven. Also inside of this full sized convection oven are five nickel plated oven racks and eleven rack positions. For safety reasons, there is an oven cool down switch for rapid oven cool down and the front, sides, rear, bottom, and doors in this oven have non-sag insulation applied to them. This electric convection cooking oven is heated by electric solid sheath elements that are rated at 12 KWH. In addition, this oven features painted legs, solid state temperature controls that adjust the temperature from 150?F to 500?F and a 60 minute timer that has an audible alarm. The sides, front, and top are made from stainless steel.
