This convection / microwave oven by Sharp is the R-8000G. It requires a 208 volt, 20 amp dedicated outlet and NSF-4, UL, and FCC approved. This convection microwave oven has a capacity of 1.1 cubic feet and the interior and exterior are both constructed from stainless steel. Food and hard water deposits have a tendency to lead to rust and pitting on stainless steel. Therefore, it is a good idea to clean your stainless steel with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner that is free from quaternary salts.

This convection microwave oven is preprogrammed with 60 AutoTouch settings, 8 SelectaProgram Levels and 11 microwave power settings with a 20 pad cap. It has 1000 watts for microwave power and 2700 watts for convection cooking power. The temperature control can adjust the temperature in 25?F increments and there is turntable for even cooking. This commercial microwave features a 3 line, 30 character lighted display for ease of operation, and there is also a sound feature to help reduce the possibility of burning foods. This industrial microwave circulates super-heated air in the oven cavity and has a high speed fan that moves air in two directions. The air-flow is automatically adjusted so that everything is evenly cooked. The oven will even add microwave power when needed, so it makes cooking a whole lot easier.

Included with this convection microwave oven at no extra charge is a low rack, a high rack, and a laminated touch guide. It is UL and NSF approved. It is a good idea to clean the inside of this microwave after each use because the air will flow better in a clean microwave than a dirty one.
