This combination countertop oven is the Cadco CAPO-603-6. It measures 37 inches in width, 60 inches in height and 34 ¾ inches in length and requires a 240 volt, 1 phase, 50 amp dedicated outlet. This countertop oven comes with an 8 foot cord and plug and is NSF and UL approved. It is backed by a one year on site warranty for parts and labor and a two year warranty on the heating elements. Six shelves are included with this electric oven and it has a holding capacity of 7.0 cubic feet and can hold six full sized sheet or steam pans. The controls are digital for ease of operation and it has memory for up to 70 programs. To protect against burns, the door is cool to the touch, and to prevent heating up the kitchen this oven has double walled insulation. Stainless steel makes up the entire exterior, so don’t forget to clean the steel with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting.
This Cadco electric oven has variable steam, an even heat system, and a Venturi drying system that pulls in cool air and pushes out damp air to create a dry environment. The high spend, automatic, reversible, oscillating fan provides even cavity heating. There is a ten hour or continuous on timer to help prevent burning food and even an adjustable width oven stand at no extra charge. This steam and convection oven can roast, cook, and bake, so it is the perfect addition to any busy kitchen. Be sure that you clean the inside of this oven with warm soapy water quite often, because a clean oven cooks much better than a dirty one.
