It comes with an 8 foot cord and plug and the entire oven measures 37 inches in width, 30 inches in height, and 34 ¾ inches in length. This steam and convection oven can roast, cook, or hold almost any type of food and it has digital controls and enough memory for 70 programs. Four full sized steam pans or sheet pans can fit inside of this oven, which has a cooking chamber with a holding capacity of 4.6 cubic feet. The double walled construction ensures virtually no heat escape and the doors are cool to the touch to prevent burns. This electric oven has a stainless steel exterior as well. This stainless steel should be cleaned often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to prevent the possibility of rust and pitting.
