The Vollrath 38950 is a portable cold food bar. It is non-refrigerated and it measures 46 inches in width, 24 inches in depth, and 37 inches in height. The work surface of this food station is seamless, one-piece, 18-8 stainless steel, and the stainless steel plate rest folds down for easy storage. A storage base with doors is also available. This commercial buffet bar features an easy to access, fully-enclosed, clear acrylic breath guard. It has the capacity to hold three pans with a 6 inch deep stainless steel well, and it also has a 1 inch drain for easy cleaning. This entire cold food bar is foamed in place with polyurethane foam insulation. One excellent option on this food bar is the option of a factory installed incandescent lighting. This requires a 120 volt dedicated breaker and light bulbs are not included.

This cold buffet table has a solid base that is vinyl clad in walnut woodgrain. It is NSF approved and is very efficient. Be sure that you clean off the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting.
