Description
Cimeter knives are perfect for trimming larger cuts of meat into steaks, but are also good for slicing and dicing cooked meats, such as brisket. From cubing cooled pork, to slicing a hot roast, these knives are designed with a curved edge to compliment the ergonomics of slicing. When the elbow lifts up, the cutting edge stays in contact with the product. While cimeter knives are generally used in meat preparation, they are great for any number of odd jobs.
