The Vulcan-Hart VCCB-60 is a commercial gas charbroiler. It is stainless steel on the front, tom-rim, sides, and in the grease trough, and comes with a full-width, front grease drawer. This radiant charbroiler has a very low profile at 60 inches in width, 27 ¼ inches in depth, and 13 inches in height so you can fit it even in the smallest kitchen. For easy self-cleaning, level broiling, and to help with draining grease this gas broiler comes with a 5 ¼ inch reversible slope grate, and this also helps with fat run off and controlling flare ups. This Vulcan charbroiler also features 11 grates, char-radiants, and comes with four inch adjustable legs. It has a standing pilot ignition system and there is one infinite heat control valve for each burner. The underburner baffling system inside of this restaurant broiler reflects heat upwards to create a “cool zone” underneath the burners. This commercial gas broiler features a ¾ inch rear gas connection and a gas pressure regulator at no extra charge.
This gas broiler uses only 159,500 BTU’s per hour and comes with a one year limited parts and labor warranty. It is NSF approved and CSA design certified. To get the most out of your industrial charbroiler be sure to preheat the grates before cooking on them and dip the food product in seasoned oil to help reduce sticking and enhance flavor. Be sure to position the grates at an angle to help drain the grease and to give yourself better control over the heat distribution. After each use, the grates on your Vulcan gas broiler should be cleaned with a wire brush.
