This radiant charbroiler is the Therma-Tek TC48RB, which has a welded frame for excellent durability. It runs on natural or propane gas and comes standard with a ? inch NPT gas connection and a gas pressure regulator, and it is ideal for making veal, steak, chicken, salmon, potatoes, and shellfish. The four burners in this gas broiler are ?H? shaped and they each use only 30,000 BTUs per hour. These burners are covered with adjustable, heavy duty, cast iron radiants that are specially designed to retain heat, protect the burner and the pilot from blockage, and minimize flare-ups. A spatula wide grease trough and easy to remove drip pans are included with this countertop gas broiler to make clean-up a breeze.

The whole exterior of this Therma-Tek grill is stainless steel and it should be wiped down regularly with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. This entire radiant broiler sits on four inch adjustable legs and is UL approved. It is also backed by a one year limited warranty on parts and labor.
