The SCB-47-C is a Wolf super charbroiler that is designed with finned cast alloy radiants to produce infrared rays that seal in the juices of your food products. It measures 47 inches in width, 27 inches in depth, and 13 inches in height and comes with eight ?Flame Arrestor? broiling grates and heavy, cast iron, reversible char-radiants. The 5 ? inch wide grates are reversible for self cleaning and to provide level broiling. This gas broiler has a stainless steel control panel, top rim, backsplash, sides, and grease trough. The grease drawer runs the full width of the broiler and four inch adjustable legs are included at no extra charge. There is a standing pilot ignition system inside of this restaurant charbroiler and each burner has its own infinite heat control valve. There is an underburner heat deflector, which creates a ?cool zone? in the grease drawer and drip pan areas and this flame broiler uses only 116,000 BTU?s per hour. Included with this commercial broiler there is a ? inch rear gas connection and a gas pressure regulator.

This restaurant charbroiler requires a three inch clearance on both sides and it is NSF approved and CSA design certified. Optional features are available including casters, a 10 inch plate rail, and flanged legs. This industrial gas broiler is backed by a one year limited parts and labor warranty. It has some requirement such as a ? inch or larger gas line connecting to the range, an adequate ventilation system, and it has to be in a non-combustible location. When using your Wolf brand gas charbroiler be sure to clean the grates after every use with a wire bristle brush. The stainless steel should be wiped down often with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. To reduce sticking when cooking with your gas broiler be sure to preheat the burners and dip your food products into oil.
