The Wolf?s SCB-36-C is a high quality gas charbroiler that's perfect for cooking steaks, seafood, hamburgers, and poultry. It measures 36 inches in width, 27 inches in depth, and 13 inches in height. This restaurant radiant charbroiler features heavy, cast iron, reversible char-radiants and ?Flame Arrestor? broiling grates. The 5 ? inch wide grates are reversible for self cleaning and to provide level broiling. There is also a cast-in, pitched grease trough in each of the grate blades to control flare ups and help with fat run off. This commercial broiler is stainless steel on the sides, control panel, top rim, backsplach, and grease trough. There is also a grease drawer that is the full width of the front. This gas charbroiler uses 87,000 BTU?s per hour and has an underburner heat deflector that creates a ?cool zone? in the grease pan and drip pan areas. It also utilizes a standing pilot ignition system and there is one infinite heat control valve for each burner. Four inch adjustable legs are included with this Wolf brand broiler and there is also a ? inch rear gas connector and a gas pressure regulator at no extra charge.

This industrial radiant charbroiler is backed by a one year limited parts and labor warranty and is also NSF approved and CSA design certified. To keep your broiler in the best shape possible it is important to clean the grates after every use with a stiff wire brush. The stainless steel should also be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and a cleaner that is free of chlorides and quaternary salts because these can result in rust and pitting. To reduce the possibility of food sticking to your broiler be sure to preheat the grates before every use and dip your food products in oil before placing on the broiler.

This radiant charbroiler requires an adequately ventilated system and must be placed in a non-combustible location. It also requires a three inch clearance in the rear and the gas line connecting to the range must be ? inches wide or larger.
