The Therma-Tek?s TC36RB is a restaurant radiant charbroiler that runs on either natural or propane gas. It has three ?H? burners that each use only 30,000 BTUs per hour, giving you a total of 90,000 BTU's. Cast iron radinats cover these burners to retain heat, protect the burner and pilot, and minimize flare-ups. Each burner in this gas broiler has its own precision brass valve to control the temperature, and the cast iron grates are also adjustable to provide excellent flexibility for a wide range of food products. To provide easy clean up after cooking, there is even a spatula wide grease trough and easy to remove drip pans.

This commercial gas grill is stainless steel on the exterior, so it should be cleaned often with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting. This broiler measures 36 inches in width, 30 ? inches in depth, and 14 ? inches in height. It sits on four inch adjustable legs and comes with a ? inch NPT gas connection and a gas pressure regulator at no extra charge.
