The TC24RB is a Therma-Tek brand gas radiant charbroiler that requires either natural or propane gas. This broiler measures 24 inches in width, 30 ? inches in depth, and 14 ? inches in height. It sits on 4 inch adjustable legs and comes with a gas pressure regulator and a ? inch NPT gas connection. A one year limited warranty on parts and labor backs this gas grill, and it is UL approved. The entire exterior is stainless steel, so it should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to reduce the possibility of rust and pitting.

This Thema-Tek radiant broiler has two heavy duty ?H? shaped burners that are rated at 30,000 BTUs per hour each giving you a total of 60,000 BTU's. The burners are covered by adjustable cast iron grates and each burner section has its own precision heat control brass valve. The cast iron radiants in this restaurant gas grill are designed to retain heat, minimize flare ups, and protect the burner and pilot from blockage. For easy clean-up, there is also a spatula width grease trough and a drip pans that are easy to remove.

The use of this kitchen radiant charbroiler is for non-combustible locations only, and it requires a well-ventilated location as well. A stainless steel equipment stand with a bottom shelf is optional. Don?t forget to clean the cooking grates of this gas broiler after ever use with a stiff bristle bush.
