The TMDB-24 is a Toastmaster brand radiant charbroiler that is excellent for cooking veal, salmon, steak, chicken, shellfish, and potatoes. It has two U shaped burners and each burner has its own front panel mounted control knob for adjustable flame height. These burners are covered by a stainless steel radiant and one standing pilot services each burner. The burners in this gas broiler use a total of 70,000 BTUs per hour using natural gas and 60,000 BTUs per hour with propane gas. Above each burner is a dual branding, cast iron, cooking grate that is reversible and allows for ¼ inch or 1/8 inch brands. The narrower grates have a drain channel for easy clean up of grease. This restaurant charbroiler is stainless steel on the front panel and the top rim and the rear and sides are aluminized steel. Four inch adjustable legs and a ¾ inch rear gas connection, along with a gas pressure regulator, are included with this broiler at no extra cost.
This Toastmaster charbroiler measures 24 inches in width, 27 inches in height, and 25 ½ inches in depth. It comes with an easy access grease drawer and a crumb tray. This industrial gas broiler is intended for commercial use only and must be located in a well ventilated location around material that is non-combustible. It is backed by a one year warranty on parts and labor and is NSF approved. This radiant charbroiler also requires a commercial flex hose but it has no electrical requirements. To keep it in good shape be sure to clean the cooking grates after every use with a stiff wire brush and wipe the stainless steel down often with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth. To prevent your food from sticking when cooking with this gas broiler you can preheat the burners before you use them and dip your food products into seasoned oil.
