The APW Wyott's GCB-24H is a radiant charbroiler. It is backed by a three year limited warranty on parts and labor and a one year on site warranty on parts and labor. This gas broiler has a stainless steel top skirt and front panel, as well as a three inch stainless steel backsplash which protects against grease and spills. The removable radiants are also stainless steel, as is the grease drawer. There is a four inch by one inch grease chute in this gas broiler that drains the grease into the grease drawer for easy maintenance. Another thing that makes maintenance easy is the fact that the radiants are self-cleaning and the front panel is simple to remove. To protect you from burns the bull nose on this charbroiler is stainless steel and cool to the touch.

This gas charbroiler measures 15 inches in height, 24 inches in width, and 25 inches in depth. It uses only 80,000 BTUs per hour, has a fast start up and recovery time, and reduces the amount of time it takes to cook 1/4 pound of hamburger by 20%. This radiant broiler is made from welded steel and to protect the control panel from the high temperatures there is a double walled firebox. It contains a viewable standing pilot ignition system that can be lit without moving the front panel.

This APW Wyott broiler is NSF, CGA, and UL approved and comes with a field convertible gas regulator and a 3/4 inch rear gas connection. Optional features are available such as a fish grate or a flat griddle overlay. This radiant broiler should be placed in a non-combustible location with an adequate ventilation system and is intended for commercial use only. To protect your radiant broiler be sure to clean the stainless steel with a soft cloth and a cleaner that is free of chlorides and quaternary salts, and the cooking grates should be cleaned after every use with a stiff wire brush. To help reduce the possibility of your food sticking to the grates you should preheat the burners before cooking on them and dip your food products in seasoned oil.
