The APW Wyott's GCRB-18H is a gas lava rock charbroiler that is formally known as the epiGCRB19. It is intended for commercial use only and must be in a well ventilated, non-combustible location. This broiler is AGA, UL, and CGA approved and is backed by a three year limited warranty. It is made of stainless steel on the front and the top skirt, and the frame is welded for extra durability. This restaurant charbroiler reduces the amount of time it takes to cook a 1/2 pound of hamburger by 20% and has a very fast start-up to prime cooking temperature. It has a viewable standing pilot ignition system that can be lit without removing the front panel and it comes with a 3/4 inch rear NPT gas connection and a field convertible gas regulator. The extended bull nose front on this lava rock broiler protects from burns while the three inch high stainless steel backsplash protects against grease and spills. There are four inch adjustable legs and smooth action adjustable gas valves included at no extra charge. For easy cleaning, the four inch by one inch grease chute drains grease into the stainless steel grease drawer and the lava rocks are self cleaning.

This APW Wyott charbroiler uses only 60,000 BTUs per hour and measures 18 inches in width, 15-1/2 inches in height, and 25 inches in depth. For maximum control over your food products the cast iron food grate system is adjustable. To protect this heavy duty gas lava rock charbroiler you can clean the stainless steel often with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner. The cooking grates should be cleaned after every use with a stiff wire brush. To protect your food from sticking to the grates, you can dip your food products into seasoned oil and preheat the grates before every use.
