Description
Butcher knives are perfect for trimming larger cuts of meat into steaks, but are also good for slicing and dicing cooked meats, such as brisket. From cubing cooled pork, to slicing a hot roast, these knives are designed with a curved edge to compliment the ergonomics of slicing.
