This stainless steel cover is the Vollrath 47777. It is from the Intrigue line of the Jacob?s Pride collection and it has a mirror finished inside and a satin finished outside. This commercial cookware cover is 14 1/5 inches in diameter and it fits the Vollrath braziers, 47724, 47747, and 47760. Because of its regal look, this brazier pan lid is excellent for using not only in the kitchen but also in demonstrations.

Before using for the first time, remove all the labels and stickers from this Vollrath casserole pan cover and wash it with hot soapy water. If all of the adhesive will not come off, you can use a little WD-40. This cookware lid, just like all other cookware, will last longer if it is always washed by hand. For safety and to prevent the lid from warping, allow the brazier cover to cool before you wash it.
