This True bottle cooler is the TD-95-38. It is a three lid deep well, horizontal beverage cooler that has seven bin dividers. Each heavy duty divider is adjustable and 10 millimeters thick, being coated with pure grade PVC. The interior of the cabinet is made of long lasting galvanized steel and is foamed in place with high density, polyurethane insulation which is CFC free for our environmentally friendly users. The welded, heavy gauge, galvanized steel frame rail is covered in rust inhibiting paint to reduce the possibility of corrosion. The exterior of this commercial bottle cooler is also made of the finest quality. The counter top and the three lids are all made of stainless steel and front and sides are composed of wear resistant, laminated black vinyl. To match the front and sides the back is made of black aluminum. To maintain the temperature between 33ºF and 38ºF the self-contained capillary tube system uses CFC 134A refrigerant. This reach in industrial cooler has a forced-air cooling system and the positively guided air flow cools the bottles on top first. The evaporator coil, which is 1/8 inches thicker than industry standards, provides the user with quick recovery times as well as faster pull down of product temperatures. This extra large evaporator coil is balanced with a higher horsepower compressor (which lowers energy consumption) and a large condenser. This large condenser dissipates heat faster to provide a more efficient refrigeration cycle. To give a low velocity, high volume air flow, the refrigeration system in this restaurant bottle cooler is designed with a sealed, self-lubricating, epoxy coated evaporator fan motor and extra large fan blades which also insure colder temperatures and faster recovery in busy situations.

Maintenance tips: When cleaning your stainless steel never use cleaners that contain chloride or quaternary salts because these can cause rust and pitting. Also, always use a soft cloth to wipe down the steel and let it air dry. Remember that your condenser coil and fan blades accumulate a lot of dirt so they must be cleaned with a stiff bristle brush every thirty days to lower service expenses and electrical costs. Place flour as far away as possible from your coolers and freezers because even though you cant see it, the particles are floating around in the air and they easily get sucked into the condenser and make it dirty.
