This reach in beverage cooler has a 1/3 horsepower, 7.3 amps and a voltage of 115/60/1 with a crated weight of 290 pounds. Four PVC coated bin dividers are included and each are 10 millimeters thick, with the center divider a different size than the right and left dividers to maximize storage space. The two lids and the counter top are heavy duty stainless steel, which provides a high tensile strength and helps fight dents and scratches. To clean this stainless steel use non-chloride cleaners that are free of quaternary salts. A soft cloth should always be used when wiping down the steel, never a wire brush or pad. The refrigeration system uses CFC free 134A refrigerant in its factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tubing system. The evaporator in this bottle cooler is 20%-40% larger than factory standards and and the evaporator’s copper tubing, which is 1/8 inches bigger than industry standards, will provide you with a faster pull down of product temperatures and quicker temperature recovery times. The evaporator coil runs the entire length of the cooler to provide a balanced temperature of 33ºF to 38ºF throughout the whole cabinet. To insure colder temperatures there is a cast iron evaporator fan motor and huge fan blades, which must be cleaned every thirty days. To do this you can use a stiff bristle brush to clean the dirt off the coil and the fan blades.
