Description
This barrel comes with dual mixing arms and a tilting stand. If you are looking for a larger barrel mixer with a 2 H.P. motor, 208/230 / 60 / 1 with an open drip proof, then this is the barrel mixer for you! Additionally, this barrel mixer comes with a stainless steel bowl with a baked enamel body and stainless steel food zones. Its overall dimensions are 40'' x 28'' x 30''. The dual mixing arms ensure a uniform mixture of all ingredients. The end product is cooler and has less stress allowing more flavor to be retained in the mix. To allow for quick and easy unloading of the finished dough, this mixer comes, as aforementioned, with a bowl tilting system. Most importantly, however, is the interlock switch that protects the operator if the safety guard is lifted.
