Back Bar Cooler, (209) 6-pack or (4) half barrel, True TBB-4

The True TBB-4 is a three door back bar cooler that has a holding capacity of four half barrels or 209 six packs. Its measurements are as follows:

• 903/8 inches in length,
• 27 1/8 inches in depth, and
• 37 inches in height.

This 115 volt beverage cooler has six wire shelves that are all PVC coated and adjustable on 1/2 inch increments. It contains fluorescent lighting, a seven foot cord that is ready for final connection into a NEMA configured outlet, and is even NSF-7 compliant for bottled and pre-packaged products. Each of the three positive seal doors on this beer cooler are fitted with a 12 inch long recessed door handle and the magnetic door gaskets are all of one piece for easy removal when cleaning. The exterior front and sides of this back bar refrigerator are composed of heavy duty, wear resistant, black laminated vinyl and the back is matching black aluminum. The counter tops are all stainless steel and should be cleaned with non-chloride cleaners using a soft cloth, never a steel brush or pad. The interior floor of this commercial bar cooler is 300 series stainless steel and it has a 1/2 inch reinforced lip. The solid doors are heavy gauge galvanized steel and the entire cabinet is also lined with this same durable steel. This whole bar cooler is insulated with high density, polyurethane insulation that is CFC free.

This True bar refrigerator has a refrigeration system that is first in its class. It uses CFC free 134ª refrigerant and has an extra large evaporator coil that is balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and a larger condenser to maintain the temperature inside the cabinet at 33ºF to 38ºF. The over sized compressor provides lower energy consumption and shorter run times while the larger condenser coil (which is 1/8 inches in diameter larger than industry standards) dissipates heat faster for a more efficient refrigeration cycle. This restaurant beer cooler has a sealed, cast iron, evaporator fan motor along with larger fan blades for a low velocity, high volume airflow design to insure a faster pull down of product temperature. The evaporator is 20%-40% larger than industry standards and the evaporator fan motor has a life expectancy of 15-20 years. Never forget that the fan blades and the condenser coil must be cleaned every thirty days to minimize service expenses. This can be done with a stiff bristle brush. Also, if your beverage cooler is outdoors, be sure that after cleaning the fan blades and condenser coils you should blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin side to the fan side.
