Description 

This Hobart dishwasher has a capacity of 58 racks per hour hot water sanitizing and 65 racks per hour chemical sanitizing. This dishwasher comes standard with a 2 HP motor with thermal protection. This machine has Hobart microcomputer controls that are assembled within the water-resistant enclosure and provides built-in performance and reliability of the unit. The microcomputer control, the relays, and the contactors are housed behind a stainless steel enclosure and is hinged to provide access for the machine to be serviced on. The microcomputer-timing program on this dishwasher is started by closing the doors and that will actuate the cycle switch. The microcomputer energizes the wash pump motor contactor while the wash portion of the program is in use. After the wash cycle, a dwell permits the upper wash manifold to drain and at the end of the dwell, the final rinse solenoid valve is triggered. When the final rinse valve closes, the Sani-Dwell permits the sanitization cycle to continue. The rinse display will remain on during this time until it is done completing the program. If the microcomputer is interrupted during a cycle by the door switch, the microcomputer automatically resets to the beginning of the program. The stainless steel, revolving, was arms have unrestricted openings located above and below to provide thorough distribution of water jets to all of the dishware surfaces. Both upper and lower rinse arms feature 14 rinse nozzles. The large bell type automatic overflow and the drain valve are controlled from the inside of the unit. The strainer system on this machine is equipped with large and self-flushing, easily removable stainless steel, a one-piece strainer and a large capacity scrap basket. This unit has a standard tank heat of 5KW and is an electric immersion heating element. The drawn tank, tank shelf, and feet are all constructed of #16 gauge stainless steel. The wash chamber and the front trim panel above the motor compartment on this unit are a polished, satin finish. The frame is #12 gauge stainless steel, the chamber is #18 stainless steel, and the removable trim panels on this machine are a #20 gauge stainless steel.
