The Hobart microcomputer controls on this unit are assembled within the water-resistant enclosure which provides built-in performance and reliability. The microcomputer control, relays, and contactors are housed behind a stainless steel enclosure on this machine as well which provides easy access for servicing. The microcomputer-timing program of this unit are started by closing the doors which actuates the door switch. During the wash portion of the program, the microcomputer energizes the wash pump motor contactor. After the wash, a dwell permits the upper and lower wash manifold on this unit to drain. When the rinse valve closes, the Sani-Dwell permits the sanitation to continue. The rinse display will remain on during this time and will until completing the the program. If the microcomputer is interrupted during a cycle by the door switch, then the microcomputer will automatically reset to the beginning of the program. This dishwasher has Hobart stainless steel, revolving wash arms that have unrestricted openings to provide thorough distribution of water jets to all the dishware surfaces. Both upper and lower rinse arms also feature 14 rinse nozzles. The large bell type automatic overflow and drain valve are controlled from the inside of the machine. The strainer system on this unit is equipped with large, exclusive self-flushing, easily removable stainless steel, a one-piece strainer, and a large capacity scrap basket. The standard tank heat on this unit is a 5KW electric immersion heating element. This dishwashers drawn tank, tank shelf, and feet are all constructed of #16 gauge stainless steel. The wash chamber and the front trim panel located above the motor compartments is a polished, satin finish. The frame on this unit is a #12 gauge stainless steel, the chamber is a #18 gauge stainless steel, and the removable trim panels are a #20 gauge stainless steel.
