The TWT-60F is a two solid door worktop freezer. It has a capacity of 15.5 cubic feet and measures 60 3/8 inches in length, 30 1/8 inches in depth, and 33 3/8 inches in heigth. With a ½ horsepower, 10.9 amps and a voltage of 115/60/1, this insustrial freezer has a crated weight of 355 pounds. It comes with a 7 foot cord and is prewired so it is ready to be connected into a 1-15 phase NEMA configured outlet. Four shelves are included in the cabinet and they each measure 27 ½ inches in length and 16 inches in depth. The forced-air refrigeration system is oversized and enviromentally friendly, using R404A refrigerant and it holds the temperature at -10ºF while maintaining a uniform product temperature. The large condenser coil dissapates heat faster for a more efficent refrigeration cycle while the oversized compressor lowers energy consumption. The epoxy coated evaporator fan motor and the large fan blades are designed to insure shorter run times for your busy kitchen and the automatic defrost system is time-initiated and time-terminated. To lower costs even more though it is important to clean your condenser coil and fan every thirty days with a stiff bristle brush. It you have a commercial freezer that is located outside then be sure to blow CO2 through the condenser from the fin to the fan side after the coil is brushed.
The interior of this industrial worktop freezer is made of white, NSF approved aluminum, as is the back exterior. Inside the cabinet there are four adjustable PVC coated wire shelves that are supported on pilasters also made of the aluminum. CFC free polyurethane insulation is foamed-in-place inside the entire cabinet as well as the two doors. These two positive seal, self-closing doors have a handy 90º stay open feature and they both swing within the cabinet dimensions. Each door has a 12 inch long recessed door handle that is foamed-in-place with sheet metal interlock and the magnetic door gaskets are all one piece so they can be removed for cleaning with no tools. These doors, as well as the exterior front, top, and ends, and the interior floor are all made of 300 series stainless steel. This stainless steel has a very high tensile strenght which reduces dents and schratches. To maintain the regal look of this steel it is important to use chloride free cleaners that do not contain quaternary salts to reduce the chance of rust or pitting. Hard water is very bad for you stainless steel as well and a soft cloth should always be used to clean it, never a steel or metal scraper or pad.
