The TUC-48 is a front breathing, two door, under counter refrigerator, perfect for maximizing space in a busy restaurant kitchen. This portable restaurant cooler has two positive self-seal closing doors that have a 90º stay open feature. These doors, which swing within the cabinet dimensions, are fitted with 12 inch long recessed handles that are foamed in place with a sheet metal interlock to insure permanent attachment. The magnetic door gaskets are another handy feature because they are constructed in one piece and can be removed easily for cleaning without tools.
